Original acrylic on wood.

16.5" H x 24" W x .75" D

When I was little, we used to dress up like cowboys and saloon girls and pull each other around in a little red wagon, pretending it was a horse-drawn buggy. And although I was raised in the 1980s and 90s, there was always some kind of Western playing in our house, thanks to my Mom's love of everything antique. This piece, like everything I do, is autobiographical. This one honors the memory of summer days spent on make-believe wagon trails, the smell of toy cap guns, and a touch of drama.

This original dimensional painting is acrylic on wood with a real vintage toy badge worked into the design.
